How it works

From upload to verified resume

Five steps, and most of them are ours. Your resume is verified as soon as its first checks pass.

  1. Step 1

    Create your account

A free account lets you download your verified PDF as soon as its first checks pass, and follow the ones that complete later.

  2. Step 2

    Upload your resume

Choose your PDF. It goes straight to secure storage.

  3. Step 3

    Choose a level

Silver is free. Gold and Platinum are a one-time payment, not a monthly subscription.

  4. Step 4

    We run the checks

First we check we can read the PDF and that it contains your account's verified email. Then we check its consistency, according to the level you chose. Platinum also lets us ask for reference checks and employment confirmations.1, 2

  5. Step 5

    Download and share

Your badge, QR code and verification code are added to your resume and lead to its public verification page. Later checks are added to that page as they complete.

Pay once. Verified for life.

Your level is a one-time payment, never a subscription. Every resume you upload after it — a newer version or a different one — is checked at that level, free, for life.4

After the first checks

Follow and update your verification

Updated as checks finish

Silver's consistency check and Platinum's references are added to the verification page when they pass. Same resume, same code.

Upload a newer version

Changed jobs? Upload the new resume and it's checked at your level at no extra charge, with its own code.

Move up a level

Raise your resume's level, keeping its verification code. Its page stays verified while the new checks run.3

Keep your references

On Platinum, a reference answers once. Their answer stays yours and counts for every later resume that names them — no one is asked twice.

Not sure which level?

Every level includes everything in the one before. See exactly what each one checks.

  • 1Each check has a defined scope, and we do not certify every statement on a resume. For example, the consistency check looks for contradictions within the resume, but on its own it does not confirm that every detail is true.
  • 2Silver can be published once its first checks pass. Its basic consistency check starts at least three business days after upload, and can take longer depending on availability.
  • 3Upgrading keeps the resume's code, and is charged separately: the destination level's full price, with no credit for earlier payments. If your plan already covers that level, you can upload it as a new resume at no charge; it gets a new code.
  • 4“For life” means while you keep your account and the service is available. Each resume must pass its own checks. More details in our Terms and Conditions.
